I met Dr. Nielsen through a family member and as we talked about health and wellness Dr Nielson told me of the benefits of NAD+, which is essentially a precursor to our DNA and RNA production. I have arthritis in my back,, neuropathy in my feet and energy levels have been low. I’ll be honest- the only reason I went to Still my first visit was because they have the cheapest B12 shots in town, but at this point I think I’ll be a customer for life.

I recently had surgery that reduces my ability to absorb vitamins and was really suffering from a B12 deficiency- to the point where I was too dizzy to walk in a straight line, had absolutely no appetite, and was starting to have vision problems.

I explained my situation to Julie and she was able to provide me with a ton of helpful information. Not only did she educate me in regards to B12 injections, but she also let me know of other options, even going so far as to send me links to products that might work for me off of Amazon. I genuinely felt like she cared about my well-being and was not just considering me as a source of money.

The B12 injection was a GAME CHANGER. I honestly started feeling better within 10 minutes, to the point where I thought I might be going crazy. After 24 hours had passed, I was feeling like my old self again. After 72 hours the absorption had peaked and my energy levels were better than they had been in months. I have had one additional shot since then and plan to get them regularly for a while and then taper off as is appropriate.

I’ve also chatted with Julie about cosmetic options going forward- honestly you only have to talk to her for maybe three minutes to tell that this woman really knows her stuff. Additionally, her prices are very competitive for the area. The only way I know of to get cheaper botox in the city is to do it as a Guinea pig for a beauty school, which is…not ideal.

Speaking of prices, she also carries skinceuticals ce serum for cheaper than I’ve been able to find anywhere online. If you’re a skincare girl, you know this stuff is the ultimate holy grail product.

The location itself is well located, clean, and has super cute vibes.

Most importantly, Julie is a damn good time. After one appointment you’ll wish you were bffs.

Dr. Julie does a thorough job explaining the differences between products (like which lip filler is going to be best for your face and the results you’re looking for) and also does a fantastic job explaining where to inject Botox and why.  She doesn’t pressure you into anything—in fact she actually talked someone OUT of doing a filler because they didn’t need it yet, so that really solidified why I trust her. She goes through the pricing before she does any injections so there’s no sticker shock at the end.  Dr. Julie is patient and kind and will answer all your questions and alleviate any fears you have.  Her shop is tidy, comfortable and clean.
Dr. Julie is truly an artist—I had her do Botox in my forehead and around the wrinkles on the outsides of my eyes.  It looks natural and feels natural—my face isn’t frozen into a non-expression—it’s just softer looking and less wrinkly.  I also had her do filler on my lips and I told her I want it to look “noticeable but also natural.”  I wanted fuller lips but I didn’t want them to look like the “duck lips”that a lot of women have gotten.
